So, who liked tonight's SV ep? And don't worry about spoiling me, I read the end of a book first. (hark--was that a disturbance in the force...? :)

Okay, good--I knew there had to be at least one redeeming minute in the show. I'm heartily sick of Lana, so sick of it that it's stupid. I hope to God DC doesn't ret-con this stupid Lana business into canon.

ooooo..bestiality, there's an interesting direction! Oh wait, they've been going there for years, what with the Squirrel Of Inexplicable Sexual Appeal....

As long as Mikey looked good, I might check parts of it out. He looked great leaving with Stupana at the end--the only bit I saw.

Wow! You make it sound so interesting! Okay, there a few bits to recomend it, and dream sequences I love so much it almost amounts to a kink....
What make me so angry is that Lana could have been a great character--her descent into evil would have been so much more interesting than Lex's (at least the way the show set it up) but no--she has to remain Lana the Not Terribly Bad Person so Clark could love her. But it would have been great for her to slowly go evil, and for Clark to figure out some way to stay in love with her and justify or deny her evolness. Yeah *G*

OOOOOOOO!!! You you you!
I miss you!

I'll watch the thing on fast forward, and look at the pretty parts--from what I could see, both boys looked pretty damn good.

Poor show.... :(

Thank you--it's good to hear an alternate view of the ep. I'm afraid to watch it, but I'll have to.

makes it harder and harder to write happy Clex, though....

I read that, it's brilliant, and it's now part of how I view Lex. In fact, Birthright presents that as part of Lex's motivation. That and being fucking nuts, but that's besides the point.

Don't you even think it. A healthy dose of denial helps plenty.

Lionel was very good in it

http://www.devotedfansnetwork.com/forums/showthread.php?t=33009 has some clips up. You'd probably enjoy 4 for the awesome Lionel/Lex scene

And 2 and 9 have a tiny bit of Clex :)

It was *perfect*. I know my opinion holds about weight regarding SV as a parent talking about how gifted his child is, but it was a lot like Reckoning in how well it was crafted.
