omgosh...I just realized--what happened to those little jukeboxes that used to be at each booth in the diners?

Gosh. It sucks getting old. You know, in my day, the candy bars were as big as SUVs. Truth. It would take us two days to eat one, and it only cost a dime. Comics too. On the down side, we had to walk to school. On our knees...through snow. Even if it was summer. Really.

They have those little jukeboxes at the Silver Diner, although I don't know how nationwide that chain is.

I remember when cigarettes cost .50 cents. o_o

Gosh yes! And my mom used to send eight year old me to the store to buy cigarettes for her--lol!!

Oh yes--Silver Diner--we do have one in the area!
