Sooo.. you mean making them off a CD yeah? I use the RealOne player (real.com) to do it, it has the option built right in. :D

I have a couple other programs that work but prefer to use CDex to rip songs from CDs, and then use one of the sites d_copper recommended to upload and share the ripped files.
