Whiny Stuff
My challenges are going no where. Dead as doornails. Except my "Anyone but Clark" fic which has ended up being all about Clark...oh well. It has Whitney in it though, and I always like writing him, even though it's odd to write him with Lex. It always ends up being somewhat non-con-ish...*shakes head*. I'm almost at the end of that one. The Halloween one...well. That little challenge is surrounded by the bloated corpses of non-working stories. And the Artwork challenge? Oy. Nothing. My head is like a brick. I'm running out of steam. Actually, there are some really really old non SV WIPs that I'd really like to finish, very very much. I've got this fic I started a thousand years ago, based on Soldier, a Kurt Russell film from way long back. I really liked it, but never finished it because the Clex kept interfering. Maybe now is the time. God knows I talk about it enough. *G*

Good Stuff
So, the past weekend was exciting, and emotional. I feel like I've been though the wringer. Just watching my baby walk down the aisle, done with school and all grown up. Yes, I sniveled. I sniveled lots. What a day it was! Remind me to tell you what Mr. Roxy's cousin did to him for his 50th birthday. After I stopped laughing, I sniveled a little again. These guys love each other like brothers, it's really heart-warming.

So, no doubt at this point you're asking, "MizzRose, are there pictures?" and I reply, "Heck yeah." And I will spam you with every single one. In parts though, just to save your eyes. 'Cause I'm a caring person like that. And you know me, I wander off and forget what I was doing....

The ceremony was at the First Baptist Church on Samson street --I think--in Philadelphia. NJ's other city.

ETA: Sansom, holy crap--I can't believe I did that, lol!

Here are my beautiful, beautiful girls---I can say that--I'm the Mommy.

And lastly, all of us together, BG's Aunt, her, Me, Niece and Pop, who made it all possible.

Wow -- your fragment is beautifully written; you've really captured the brutal feel of his early training, and it's so horrifying and so terribly sad. *hugs poor, nameless boy* Now you have to make things better for him! *eyes you sternly* And, when he's old enough, find him a proper life-companion. Hmmm.... *hopes to be reading more of this soon* Thanks so much again for the link! Is it all right if I share it with my friend?

Oh, thanks so much! Actually, right now, I'm tearing through all my old notebooks looking to see if I left notes for this!

Is it all right to share? HAH! Is Roxy a big ole' attention hoor? Does a bear chase the Pope in the woods? Is Clark a drama queen? (Heh--too much coffee...) Why, certainly you may! *G*
