i hate what the show did with the lana character, making her the center of every little thing. kristin's being part-asian has nothing in the world to do with that.
as others said above, i like pete when you write him! actually, i didn't dislike him on the show, but i didn't get far enough into my dvds to see the part where he skipped town.
Until last night, I didn't even know she was Asian. I mean, I thought it was just something she said to look cooler, you know, like people who say they're an eighth Indian or whatnot just to seem--whatever? More interesting?
oh, heh. want to hear about how my great-grandfather was a Mic-Mac in maine? i thought not. *g*
i read early on that she's part dutch and part chinese. the episode in which she played louise and got it on with jor-el? she looked odd made up like that, i thought. she's much prettier when they let her natural looks shine.
