Yeah, that's me and my tomato, last year, i think. This year the trees in front of the house have grown to the extent that there's more shade = less tomatos and slower to grow, so next year i don't know if I'll even bother, maybe just plant flowers, if we're still here. We're renting, so we don't have a lot of control over the landscaping, wouldn't want to cut the trees down anyway. so I just fantasize about the yard I may have someday, full of lilies and peacocks,'cause, I'm strange. :) And delphiniums.
