In further research, I've found that Bobby's pickup truck has a license plate that reads "9NO3L1" and in SD the first number in the plate shows what county the vehicle was registered in. And 9 belongs to Lawrence County. That's in Western SD and the county seat is Deadwood.
And while I get the shout out idea, the website below says Sioux County, not Sioux Falls. And there is no Sioux County in SD. There's one in Iowa and one in ND. And Sioux Falls is in Minnehaha County.
Plus, I think that SPN usually likes to ground itself in real places whenever possible. So Deadwood and the surrounding area would be a good choice.
