I'm reading the comments on The Lonely and once again, the readers are writing a better story than I'm writing. I'm forever reading comments and going 'oooo, that's a *great* idea--wish I'd thought of that!' You guys--stop showing me up!!!

That's both the danger and the awesomeness of posting a WiP. I remember getting the best idea from someone, and I think it really made the story! On the other hand, there are 2 WiPs that never got finished, and I feel like the most horriblest person on earth whenever I get a comment asking about one of them. Sigh.

*nods* It's hard for me not to be influenced--sometimes, an idea is perfect, and sometimes, it's just huge amounts of resisting! :)
