So I watched Justified last night and liked it pretty well--the lead was attractive personality-wise, if not visually. But what really hooked me was that *song*! That chicken-fried rap in the background-the hook was killer. You know, me and country music don't get along at all, but this thing kills me. Ha! I guess it's bluegrass or something? I don't know, musically I'm challenged.

Like to hear it? Here it is!

Awesome, I've been meaning to check the show out and I dig the song, the hook almost has a bluesy sort of vibe---nice.

The song is cool, right?

The show has that distinctive FX feel to it, it's weird how all their shows feel the sme. It's not bad, but we'll see. :)

I watched Justified last night. I'm not sure if I like it or not. I like the whole western lawman feel to it (cowboy kink? Me? Nah! LOL) but not sure about it overall.

I am too. I like the lead, just not too sure about some of the supporting characters.

I luff the guy playing the lead - Timothy Olyphant. He was the sheriff, Seth Bullock, in 'Deadwood' and i just adored him there.
*i'll admit he looked better with a bit of scruff*

I thought Justified was pretty cool, though watching rednecks spout white-power shite every week will get old fast - hope they don't use *that* plot-line too much.

I say - give it a chance. Seth - err...Mr. Olyphant - will grow on you. :)

And yeah, the music rocks. I have no idea who that is or if it's show-specific or something they plucked out of the ether. Either way, i could listen to more.

I could definitely listen to more! I've got BG's beloved looking for me! I'll let you know if he finds anything!

I'm going to keep watching just to see what happens-I have a fondness for FX's shows.

That is some awesome music right there. I don't think bluegrass is the right category. Blues, more--kind of hillbilly blues?

I'm hearing nothing but Yay for Justified. Might have to give it a look. Because what I need is more stuff to do.
