You know, I'd still kick Sam's ass, but I kind of like him like this too.

oh yeah, there's not a season that I don't want to kick the snot out of one or the other--and I can't imagine hating Sam, that would be like hating Dean!

He's so wonderfully tragic in such a quiet way that I kind of want to hug him--Robo Sam or not.

Yesssssssss!! When I rewatch the eps and stop staring at Dean's--everything--this is what I get from Sam. I'm so excited by how wonderfully Jared is playing this Soulless!Sam. So tragic, yes, and so incredibly clueless-but-not, as to how bad he really is. He is as tragic as LUCKY, who was a monster but broke my heart, poor thing, in his Dean-ness and being all about sacrificing everything, including personal happiness, to keep the family safe.

What were you saying about babbling? *GG*

YES. THAT. I usually find myself wanting to kick Dean more often than Sam and, I admit, some of the things he does/has done to Sam leave me grinding my teeth. *ducks flying objects* And they never resolve any of that awfulness.

Of course, that all lends to Sam's quiet tragic-ness (has for a while) and he's just bringing it so hardcore this season. I agree completely--Jared is playing this to the hilt and he gives so much depth and inflection to his Soulless Sam that he deserves... Idk... an award or at least a boat load of candy. lol

And ya know, Sam still loves his big brother like whoa. He may not feel it anymore, but there at the end... you can see that he remembers it and he wants that back. Which was just too awesome and tragic (!) for words. Damnit, Sam Winchester, you're killing me. Hehehe

Okay, so we both babble. It's an awesome skill. Trufax. *nods* :D
