Well, he's got it going--he wasn't able to resurrect the audio, the DVD drive is fucked and he can't figure out why. There seems to be no reason for it, in fact, the laptop is convinced it's there and functioning just fine--until you put something in it--ha!!

My subscription expires in a couple weeks and I'm undecided on whether I want to give these people another twenty bucks. The service just isn't as good as I expect it to be, and then there's the occasional major eff-up they do every eight or so months.

True to that--but trust me when I tell you the ads are so friggin' annoying that it's almost worth it to pay the bucks. The service isn't as good as I expect either. There just seems to be more problems than there used to be.

On the other hand--I got notification of this the day you posted so--wo-hoo!
