Okay, what happens in the ER? Is he sedated? Are you sitting with him, or is he off somewhere and you're waiting? Does he talk, wanting someone there, or is he dozing, in pain, testy?
You don't *have* to be there. Go and see what's what, see if he's comfortable, talk to him a little, and then *go home*. Exhausting yourself and kicking your own health issues into high gear isn't a helpful *or* a good thing.
He knows you love him, bb - you can still love him at home. Go see him in the morning, again, that's all. *hugs you tight*
