What would Sam look like with short hair? Why is his hair so straight these days? Why do folks hate the sideburns? I want Sam to cut his hair, just a bit. Though he is like the only person on earth that those sideburns look good on, in fact, better than good. Kinda hot. I don't like the flat-ironed hair. Sideburns...I might be a bit fixated on them.

I have nothing intelligent to say, just waffling around. Are you as excited as I am about TNT's marathon on Monday? I'm stupidly excited!! And I don't know why!!

I'm watching TNT now, Leverage...I *love* Hardison and Eliot! You know, I was talking to the Niece about the show and how Parjer and Hardison were my only other het OTP. Drew and Denise of Scrubs(still miss you, Show) were my only other Het OneTruePair. I loveded them so much. *sigh*

Yeah, why are they straightening Sam's hair? I love the natural wave and curl in Jared's hair. I'm overall ok with the straight, just...why?

As for TNT marathons well I wish we could actually get TNT up but alas no. I miss most of their excellent content. Too bad.

oh no!! That's too sad! TNT is a god send for me, because I miss so many shows in real time. Plus, it's hooked me on a few that I never would have watched before catching them in reruns.

I love the sideburns! The sideburns must stay! My roommate is always complaining about how ridiculous they are and I just don't get it. I want to trace the very edges of his sideburns with the tippy tip of my tongue. :P

But the flat-ironing MUST stop. It's dreadful. Jared is too old to rock the S1 emo shag, but he could get a trim and let his hair dry naturally.

At least Dean's hair is still perfection. :)

Yes what you say about the sideburns! I'm so glad I'm not the only one because I thought that might be a little freaky but yes, tongue, sideburns--*koff* Yeah.

I'd pay them cash money to stop straightening his hair--what the heck is up with that? If they gete Dean's hair right why not Sam's?

Oh well, it's not as bad as poor Clark's in Smallville, they never could get his hair right, not once in ten years. Except for the time he got kidnapped by Russians...don't ask, I don't know either.

So, I was browsing Jared's photos on Twitter and figured out why they've been flat-ironing his hair. It's because when it dries naturally, he looks like a homeless person. It wouldn't be so bad if they cut it, but at the length it's at, it just looks sort of raggedy. I actually kind of like messy caveman Jared. :)

YES to the sideburns - they wouldn't work for most guys, but they so work for him! :D

As for straight vs. tousled, I like it both ways - and while I'm sure the hairdressers blow it out give it more polish, my hair is pretty similar in texture to his - that is, it will dry straight or wavy depending on whether I comb it out beforehand, how I shape it with my fingers, etc. Jus' saying, it's not as unrealistic as you might think.

Those sideburns...even when they were super popular back in the old days, hardly anyone looked good in them. Except an old boyfriend of my sister's, who looked hot to death. In anything. *koff* But of course I'm only thinking of the sideburns and not his washboard abs...so, yeah, him and Sam. ;)

Yeah, my bff's hair is really curly too - I've received more than one death glare when I'm like "Doesn't my hair look great? It just dried this way!" On the other hand, she has the naturally flawless skin, so it evens out.

I do agree with you about the sideburns--they shouldn't work, but they do. The hair...I'm very much a short-hair, clean-cut kind of gal when it comes to men's hair, even though that so wasn't the style when I was young--maybe that comes from growing up next door to an air force base?--but I do think Jared pulls that shaggy look off better than most because he has that manly, testosterone-fertilized bone structure. Can you imagine Jensen with long, fluffy hair like that? Dean would look like the biggest twink to ever prance beside an open grave. Or something.

I hear you about the short hair--only a few guys carry off the long hair look for me, Christian Kane is probably one of the few who do it for me that way. And for some reason looks butcher with it then without it. Remember that girly little Lindsey in the first season of Angel?

I never watched Buffy or Angel; it's such a gap in my fandom experience, lol. But I know what you mean about CK, and I absolutely agree. I was just talking about him in another thread, not five seconds ago, in fact, in regard to a Dean/Lindsey crossover fic. He's got such a presence, such a tightly-wound little ball of sex appeal, that I'll read him paired with just about anyone.
