Oh, we were so right about Megeatron! And I'm pretty sure this means Cas is human now.

Also, Sam's "do you know how hard it is to watch my brother turn to an angel or a vampire?" Um, that was totally Sam admitting he's jealous of Cas, right?

Mark Sheppard was fantastic. I didn't know who to believe! I felt so bad for Cas - never knowing who to listen to, who to trust, and he always chooses wrong trying to do the right thing.

(The set-up in the bar with the two guys, the female cupid, and Dean/Cas being the only other two people there was awesome. *g*) It was so so good.

I'm horribly disappointed in Boogertron but yes, we knew as soon as he asked Cas to kill. :(

I was torn between squeeing at proof that Sam's problem with Benny was jealousy and crying my eyes out for poor Sam. I knew all along he kinda resented Cas' relationship with Dean, and I always kind of thought that's why he tried to insert himself in that friendship.

Sheppard was way past amazing--nerts to folks who complain they're tired of him--he's the King!

That scene in the bar...really writers? Really Show, actors, every single person who has anything to do with SpN...we're supposed to believe that's a totally platonic relationship? I don't even ship them and I'm all "reading between the lines, it says..."

It was so intense--really, the most engaging and tear-making SPN ep in many seasons. I mean, I was aware throughout of how the writers and even the actors were playing on fandom's loyalties and nostalgia with the epic hug, the return to Dean taking care of Sammy, the grace in a bottle...

by the way did you notice that the last angel whose grace was in a bottle, Dean had sex with?

...the old wooden church, Sam being so sick and letting Dean down. They REALLY found and refurbished EVERYTHING that made the first three seasons great

...and in conclusion, yes. It was really a very good finale.

I think Show has stopped playing with wincest and totally gone gaga over destial. I'm looking forward to Cas not having his grace and pulling their fat out of the fire every ten minutes. I mean, *I've* come to rely on it way too much. So, Carver did some good things and some incredibly stupid things. I'm glad to see they have a home, no reason why they shouldn't have one. I'm glad that the boys are moving towards being better--or as good as possible, they came into this thing broken. Of course, it'll be one step forward and ten steps back, one step forward and ten steps back....

Finally!

It was so good, just so good! I couldn't watch it with an SpN lover, but BG makes up for it in enthusiasm. When Crowley was being purified, she started screaming laughing. I'm all 'wuh?' and she said, "He's talking about Girls, the TV show" --Crowley is double buckets of sneaky evil and I'm pretty sure he hasn't changed.

Man, Sam was amazing this ep, I couldn't believe he said no like that,and it really shocked the hell out of Dean, didn't it? I honestly did clutch my heart, and I didn't even feel bad about it because BG screamed "No, Sam, no!" :D

And then they made me cry and yeah another HUG and still nobody had even died!!! Except for Naomi and I'm pissed about that--she was a fascinating bad guy. And ditto on Metatron--that was *not* what I expected!

Kevin survived and is still the Universe's chewtoy, Cas is human? The angels--oy!

It's going to be a long fucking summer...

Sam, holy wow. Mr. Padalecki was *so* friggin' good, it was awesome. I've always enjoyed his acting, but i honestly think these last couple seasons he's really hit a new high. And yes, omg, he says 'so?' and Dean was just...FUCKED UP, he was so shocked and I was all *flailflailflail*

Metatron didn't *shock* me by being tricksy, but *evil*....i wasn't prepared for that. Man, what he did.... Now, are all the angels still angels? Or are they like Anna was? OMG.

Kevin rocks, and i'm so glad he's in the bunker but man, he's just not happy. *pets him*

Girls is a HBO show--I've watched it once, but she thought it was hilarious coming out of the King of Hell's mouth!

I hope that Kevin gets a better break next year--poor thing, they treat him like one of the family and that's not much of a treat when it's the Winchester family, lol!

Not wildly thrilled about the angels falling, but I'll wait to see what they do with it before I lose my squee. However that hasn't happened in eight years so I don't see it happening now.

I wish they'd spread things out a little, but cramming it all in like that made for a wild episode. Sam and Dean were heartbreaking. And we got hugs. I wish Abbadon hadn't lost the meatsuit she was wearing. I hope they can find something equally awesome for the next one.

Kevin was adorable and I loved the bunker going nuts on him when the angels started to fall. My least favorite season finale so far in terms of making me crazy with anticipation for Show to come back but I'll be looking forward to where it all goes from here.

It was a wild ride, my gosh, I barely took a breath though the thing--in fact, looking back, I can't believe how much they packed in that thing!

I agree with you about Abbadon, she killed it. Excellent casting, she had a different look, hot but not your typical SpN choice. In fact, the women have been looking better and less 13 year old boy's idea of what's hot, makeup has been outstanding lately. (i have these weird moments watching show :D )

The bunker has been my most favorite addition! I hope they keep it, I want to see Sam's room (right now i'm picturing it pretty much a cell) and I'm totally on board with the idea that SpN turns into the Justice League, with an HQ and HumanCas and Kevin all on board to fight crime monsters. :)

This is going to be one long whiny summer waiting for Show to come back. I feel sorry for my Fam.

Jared was sensational, just amazing! He has been all season long! My heart just kept breaking for him, over and over. And then Dean *finally* told him what he should have long ago, that Sam was more important than anything. Sure, Sam knew it but it counts more when you hear it!

The shower of angels was so scary!! Like, nightmare scary!

The angels falling reminded me of the demons coming out of hell at the end of Season 2. I think the angels are going to cause as much trouble as all those demons did in Season 3. I don't think this is the SPN mythology, but angels and devils are actually the same type of being; they're just on opposite sides of the war.

What a finale!

I'm so conflicted. I wanted to feel sympathy for Crowley but HE'S CROWLEY! He's evil and deserves to feel the guilt and yet I had compassion that's how brilliant Mark Sheppard was.

When Sam told Dean what he confessed, my heart dropped. How many years of angst came to a head right at that moment? Jared was fantastic. His best episode, yet. The only thing that would have made it better would be hearing Dean actually say "i love you". I know it was implied and the emotion was certainly there but I really wanted to hear it.

Crowely is a backstabbing, manipulative, evil, two-faced sonofabitch who knows *just* what he's doing! I didn't believe him for a minute, except for the few seconds that I did...*GGG*

I really thought that Dean was finally going to say "I love you," but I was surprised he said as much as he did. Those guys, if they sat down and actually told each other what they felt--like both of them--they'd make everything a lot better.

Jared kicked ass--he kind of blew Jensen out the water in that scene. I was mesmerized!
