The Niece wrote on her FB page about Terry Pratchett: "My family bonded over these books, and I feel like I grew up in some part in the world that this man created. I always felt proud of my sci-fi/fantasy family lineage--these books were on the wall next to where I slept, and I used to imagine that stars and dragons and magic were seeping into the room and I absorbed them. Where is the Discworld now?

I understand about that, maybe. I made friends, in my head, with writers and singers, who helped me through those tough moments. <3
