roxyThere are two things (well, a hell of a lot more that two, really...) that I don't understand--lol cats and Sam-is-a-girl stories.
Why is Sam a girl? What for is he female? Because number one--that's one ugly broad. Number two--why??? Explain to me, and I might read those stories. Right now, they just scare me. I can read a limited amount of Lex-in-a-skirt, but gender change stories...not too much.
And the cats just freak me out. There, I said it. They make me all ew and grumpy. But I must admit, inanimate objects with personality can make me laugh. And fish, and other non-fluffy animals. Somehow, it's just cats and dogs I don't like all that much. (as in hell no)
The world was so much simpler when I was a girl.

3/26/08 02:45 am (UTC)I don't understand fic that changes major elements of the story. Like changing boys into girls or taking away major characteristics that make the story work or make the characters who they are. But some people must like it.
