say...does anyone else worry about changing icons, thus making them terribly inappropriate for comments you've made previously? Say, when someone's upset, and your previous default icon was sufficiently somber, and then suddenly, it changes to "fukmealienkryptonboy" or is that just me?
I'm kind of weird tonight, aren't I? I love Saturday's--most everyone is busy so they miss you being wildly stupid all over the interwebnetthingy. Also, i never drink so tasting everyone's wine was probably not a great idea.

I don't use icons. I find them terribly annoying at the best of times, and so I don't really notice if they're specially inappropriate under one circumstance or another. Sorry.

They're so widespread in LJ that I feel undressed if I don't have one. I find them so fascinating--I'm always interested to see what folks do with a screencap, or manip. Some of them are really beautiful, or really funny, or just perfect to express my mood. I think of them as the visual equivalent of the way I talk.

I know. They are ubiquitous in LJ. I tune them out, because they can't be avoided, but I wish I could actually do something so they didn't appear on my screen. Oh, well.
