SICKsickSick...sick...SICK.

Tomatoes have joined the list of food that hates me. *pout* They were good though. Almost worth the horrible awful cramps and stuff...also, I almost put my eye out. Very scary, just crouching there thinking, omg, that could have been my EYE!!! I'm still all freaked out and shit.

So, I might be slightly incoherent answering comments(thank you story readers, i want to bear your children) & leaving comments--hey! Who said "and that's different how?"

I just thought of something. Have you ever had an ALCAT test? I had horrible stomachaches for years, and I saw so many fucking doctors. Finally, I went to this really bitchy holistic doctor, and she made me get a test where they draw your blood and mail it to a lab. The lab tests the blood against hundreds of things. (It's not evil like those waffle shots some people get.) The lab mailed me a list of things I should NEVER EAT. I stopped eating them all, and it was a miracle. It changed my entire life. There were things I never realized made me sick. Anyway, the test is expensive, and my insurance didn't cover it, but it was worth EVERY CENT.

The site plays an obnoxious video when you go there.

Maybe it would help you out?

Feel better.

Wow...it probably would, but there's *no* way I could afford those tests. I hadn't considered any kind of food allergy--IBS makes you sensitive to a lot of foods--tomato sauce has been a food that I can usually eat if I don't have it more than two days(no left-overs for me *sad* ) but raw tomatoes never bothered me--until now.

That's something to talk to my doctor about. I'm about due to have a whiny, snotty, tear-filled break-down in his office, anyway. ;)

You know, I had crummy insurance when I got that test. Perhaps your insurance would cover it... Worth looking into. I was diagnosed with IBS. I was doubled over in pain every fucking day. No one could make it better. I probably saw ten doctors. I can't even tell you how much my life changed afterwards. Maybe your issues are different, but you never know. Or maybe there's some other comprehensive food allergy test that insurance would cover.

It really does seem worth looking into. My best girl has been prodding me to do this too. I'll find out when I go to my doctor's, what my options are. This is really getting tiresome, I have to say. Plus, I'm really sick of depriving myself of everything fun! (imagine a footstamp here)
