That was *AMAZING!* Clark...wow. What a *hero*! That just knocked me out. The look on his face! I *loved* this finale! I love the comic book look They've been using, to such good effect! That fight scene between Zod and Clark was so very much like the books I read as a youngster--there's an effect of color that you just can't get unless you're printing on newsprint. Anyhoo, that fight scene was beautifully choreographed and everyone was heroic as hell. And Tess can't be dead.

I don't care what anyone says, this was a good season, and I think next year can be just as good. Thomas just keeps getting more and more beautiful, it's almost creepy.

And in conclusion, I will accept no complaints or folks trying to tell me why I'm wrong to like it. I have spoken!

I'm on board with you - this episode had just about everything that I've ever loved about Superman in general and Smallville in particular. Even a President Lex reference!!!!!!
