I keep having fabulous, wonderful ideas that go nowhere and it's a little frustrating. I want to be writing lots of stuff, but ideas wiggle in and out of my head. Problem is that I have these brilliant ideas in the shower and the minute I'm out--poof! Like smoke! I'm all comfy and moisturizing--winter's hell on my skin, guys--and suddenly I realize that great story is GONE! Sure, I'm soft as a baby's bottom, but my idea is fled! Ghosted! Ach. My pain.

My secret NotABigBang goes along. It's getting...weird.Er. And slow. But it's interesting and on the days the Muses come back from blowing surfer-wannabes under the boardwalk, it comes out of my fingers like whoa. Is there a better feeling, my friends? Okay, yes, sure, but not one you can experience in daytime with other people around. Unless you're an exhibitionist....

Which reminds me--I know I haven't had much to say lately, I feel like I haven't even been here much and lots of you have gone on to other fandoms and we probably don't share interests anymore. I just wanted to let you know I don't give a damn and I'm not letting go of a single one of you. If I haven't commented in your LJ lately it's more because I'm not sure you want to hear from me, not that I don't want to hang out with you. I can be Xandery from time to time--strange, and a little offputting.
Behold--I manage to combine an outrageous ego with a lack of self-esteem, huzzah!

My love--kind of stalkery and scary, but with a side of humble. Really. :)

I have the same problem with showers but it's worse at work. I spend eight hours thinking up story ideas, get home and POOF the ideas are gone.

HOW can this happen. I'm thinking up ideas involving Chris Pine in leather pants. *points at the icon* How can my inner perv not be rejoicing over that and telling me how to get him OUT of the pants?!?
