I don't know what to do

This is the third time my dad's been sent back to the ER from his nursing home. I'm about to head out there now. I'm feeling some stress about this, and it's kicking up all my physical problems. I don't think I can spend all night in the ER again.

ETA: ♥ you guys, thank you *so* so much. I appreciate your good wishes and your excellent advice. I'll answer you all tomorrow, and hopefully will have some better idea about my dad. Thank you again. *HUUUUUUUGS*

I have been there so I understand. There is nothing you can do but wait most of time, helpless and tired both physically and mentally.
Hope your dad gets better.
