As you all know, I try to be a tolerant person. Say what you will about me, I'm known far and wide for my tolerance. Many's the time I've been oh, let's say, in line waiting to buy a coffee, and someone's said, Say, aren't you MizzRose, famous for her tolerance?"

"Why yes," I answer shyly, with that little twinkle in my eye (that comes mainly from not being able to see a damn thing ) "I am she."

In other words, you can bother the family goat, swipe change from little old ladies, dress like a Rockette and offer your goodies on a street corner and I'll just smile with benevolent tolerance, you may even squeal about...*takes huge breath and counts to ten*...Lana and I'm still your girl. *wheeeeeeeeeeeeew-koff*

But this--this Jared guy? I don't get it.

I just can't see it. Mind you, I like the show very much. Like Sam and Dean very much. I can even read the strange and incestuous fic and enjoy it very much. (since when did it become okay to boink your sib? Not saying I have anything against that kind of fic because-*koff-blush-mumble* may have written incest fic some myself) But he's just hello, stunningly average. I'm tripping over guys that look like him every day at Target. We practically shovel them out the door there are so many of them.

What's up with that ladies? I'm really curious. Tell me why!

Mind you, I am the person that loved Riley (and still do) with a love that surpassed all else, and if you're into Buffy, that's comparable to saying OMIGAWD!LANA AND LEX SO MEANT TO BE!! in a roomfull of Clexers.

Yeah. So my point here is I like coffee and I'm willing to wait for it...wait--that wasn't it....

*Shrugs* I liked Riley. He wasn't my most favorite character of all time (that would be Spike, of course), but he was cute, and he had Buffy's interests at heart until he went all crazy. Better than that Parker guy. And she and Angel were never Meant2B because of the whole curse thingy. But I know that the DIE HARD Buffy fans hate him with a passion, I guess the way some of us wish Lana would throw herself off a bridge.

(And I assume you're talking about Supernatural, which I've never seen 'cause it's against House and I've always been out on Tuesdays), so I really can't address anything related to the point of your post. But you are cool.

Honestly? A lot of gals don't find Jared hot. He's tall though, with sometimes good hair (that sadly hides the acre of forehead), and as Sam, well, he's *sensitive*.

Man, it's a good thing I'm typing this. I couldn't even *type* that sensitive thing with a straight face. But fangirls? Love a guy who can kick ass and then make with the angst.

Yeah, I definitely agree with you on this one. Dean is really, really hot, Jensen is hot, Sam is kinda cute mostly because of his relationship with his brother, but Jared ? I really don't see it. He's not bad looking, he's fine, but really, that's it. And I saw pictures where his hair was shorter, and he looked rather weird.

When I started imagining him having sex and that combined with his voice, which is just dirty, he became incredibly sexually attractive to me. But you can't fancy everybody so if he's not your type he's not your type. However, I encourage you to watch SPN and imagine Sam having sex. You're bound to fall for him eventually (it happens to everyone).

At first Jared did absolutely nothing for me. Slowly, however, he began to grow on me. And then I saw some pics of him in a sleeveless white t-shirt with his gorgeous arms bare and was amazed.

Under all those clothes they dress him in, he has a very nice body. Very nice.

I still adore Jensen the most but Jared is definitely attractive.

omg, I loved Riley too! Thank God, I thought I was the only one. My sister's still squick out everytime we watch Riley eps together, because of that one time I was like "D'aaaawww, Riileeey! So cute!" and they were like "*gasp* eewwww!"

Yeah...Jared. He's *pree-tay*. I thought he was weird looking at first. Obviously, Jensen is the default pretty on the show. Right? Jared is kind of goofy looking. What's up with that nose? And his head is big.

But he has this soft voice, this cadence that he uses as Sam (as Sam talking to Dean) that's reminiscent of a sweet, teenage camp counseler. lol. And that's hot, somehow? omfg, that's so bad...I totally kink out on that.

He's also just so very tall. And he's one of those boys who...um. Okay, I'm not going to put this lightly. He's one of those boys who is all dick. Not all overt sexuality (like MR), but all dick in the sense that..lol, um...he's just *obvious*. Some boys you can just look at and *know* what's going on in their levis. All of Jared's facial expressions and sensitivity and sweetness and flush make me think, damn...he's probably just so lovely and beautifully responsive...

I watch the show for Dean. Jensen is so snarky he can get a laugh out of me and make me care about the show. Jared ...not so much. Maybe I have an older brother fetish. Sam/ Jared doesn't do it for me. I don't find him particularly attractive, but the show and the fic stands on its own.

I know for me I go back and forth on Jared, but it's like that guy you know who you can't stand and at every turn for no reason you just say to anyone near "I hate him. Really, I can't stand him. Why if his eyebrows were on fire, I wouldn't spit on him to put them out." Then for some reason the feelings turn and then you want to have really hardcore shake the walls I-hate-you-sex with him. Then you kick him out right aftrwards. But that's just my relationship w/ Jared.

I loved... loved loved LOVED Riley. By the time he left Buffy I was ready for BUFFY to go before him. LOL. I loved Riley so much he almost bumped Xander as my Numero Uno Buffy Boy Lover. Almost. I miss Riley.

I don't really see the Jared thing either. I mean I thought he was cute on Gilmore Girls, but that was years ago. I'm more into Jensen anyway. I've been drooling over him since I saw him on Dark Angel. He makes the show droolworthy. When he was on Smallville, the show was almost too much for me to handle. I think in the land of LJ where the latest obsessive pairing is either Sam and Dean or Jensen and Jarod, I will be banished to hell for what I'm about to say. But...

I've tried to watch Supernatural and the only thing that remains consistent is how I fall asleep on it every episode. Both the guys are fine looking, but neither one does a thing for me sexually. I'm still tried and true to Tommy Welling and Clark Kent.

What can I say? I'm a one man woman (well, besides my husband that is). :)
