man, if they just keep her dead--and let Lex *not* be the one. They did a terrible job of developing Lex's character--but Clark I like better and better.

I'm not sure how I feel about his willingness to kill Lionel after Lana confessed that he made her marry Lex. It seemed especially jarring.

I've given up trying to see coherent characterization, so maybe I shouldn't cry foul here, but... eh. What did you think? Did it make sense?

Well...he's young, he's thinking with his crotch...he didn't become Supes in original canon 'til he was about thirty--by that time he had good control, I'm sure. He's a good kid--he's just not Superman yet.
